Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Coaching services and gifts are for individuals 21 years of age or older.
Scope of Services: Mindful Offerings provides educational coaching and harm reduction guidance only. We do not provide medical services, trip facilitation, or in-person guided sessions.
Complimentary Gifts: Any psilocybin samples provided are gifts associated with coaching services. They are not sold or exchanged for money.
Personal Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for how they choose to use the information provided. Mindful Offerings is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or experiences.
Compliance with Laws: By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding psilocybin, its possession, or use. Mindful Offerings is not responsible for how individuals choose to handle or use any information or gifts provided.
Payments & Refunds: Payments are for coaching service(s) only. Payments for coaching are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property: Content, materials, and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

Other - Delivery

At Mindful Offerings, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Processing: All gifts are thoughtfully prepared to align with your selected coaching service and goals. Please typically allow 1–5 business days for processing before shipment. You will be notified & or receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Responsibility: Once a package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions. Mindful Offerings is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or interception of any shipments. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we’re here to help guide you through the process. Because shipments are handled by the carrier once in transit, any claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider. All orders include up to $100 insurance coverage.
Insurance: All packages are shipped with care and include up to $100 in shipping insurance. If you would like to add additional insurance coverage, please let us know prior to shipment so we can confirm and add additional insurance fees.
Colorado Compliance: All activities are conducted in alignment with Colorado Proposition 122 and state regulations regarding the gifting of natural psilocybin.
Educational Purpose Only: Any gifts are provided solely for research and educational purposes in connection with coaching services. They are not intended for resale, distribution, or unauthorized use.
