Mindful Offerings provides coaching, education, and harm reduction information and education for individuals interested in exploring natural plant/ mushroom psilocybin. Our services are intended for educational purposes only.

Mindful Offerings does not sell psilocybin mushrooms or products. Any samples are provided as gifts for research and educational purposes only in connection with coaching services.

We operate in accordance with Colorado Proposition 122 and all applicable state laws to the best of their understanding and guidelines.

Participation in coaching is voluntary, and individuals are solely responsible for their own choices and experiences. Mindful Offerings assumes no liability for outcomes, effects, or actions made in connection with our services or any gifts provided.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Coaching services and gifts are for individuals 21 years of age or older.

  2. Scope of Services: Mindful Offerings provides educational coaching and harm reduction guidance only. We do not provide medical services, trip facilitation, or in-person guided sessions. 

  3. Complimentary Gifts: Any psilocybin samples provided are gifts associated with coaching services. They are not sold or exchanged for money.

  4. Personal Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for how they choose to use the information provided. Mindful Offerings is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or experiences.

  5. Compliance with Laws: By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding psilocybin, its possession, or use. Mindful Offerings is not responsible for how individuals choose to handle or use any information or gifts provided.

  6. Payments & Refunds: Payments are for coaching service(s) only. Payments for coaching are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  7. Intellectual Property: Content, materials, and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

Shipping & Handling

  • Responsibility: Once a package has been shipped, Mindful Offerings is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or interception of any shipments. Shipping is at the recipient’s own risk.

  • Compliance with Laws: By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding psilocybin and natural products. Mindful Offerings does not guarantee that gifts may be legally possessed, received, or used outside of Colorado.

  • Colorado Compliance: All activities are conducted in alignment with Colorado Proposition 122 and state regulations regarding the gifting of natural psilocybin.

  • No Guarantee of Delivery: We cannot guarantee the successful delivery of any gifts, nor accept liability for shipments once they are in transit.

  • Educational Purpose Only: Any gifts are provided solely for research and educational purposes in connection with coaching services. They are not intended for resale, distribution, or unauthorized use.
